In 2013, Bon Voyage appointed Feefo to provide an independent customer review service. Simply put, whenever we take a booking, we supply the details to Feefo, who contact every customer and invite them to provide a review of the service they have received from Bon Voyage.

Bon Voyage has no ability to edit, amend or exclude ANY comments we don't like (or even correct any spelling mistakes!) This way, good or bad, every customer review appears in our Feefo score . Some companies might see this as a risky strategy - we see it as a great opportunity to let our customers share their experience - whatever it might be.

To recognise and reward top performing businesses, Feefo created Trusted Service Awards. Based on the number of reviews collected and the average rating, companies who continually meet Feefo’s high standard receive a Trusted Service Award. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.

Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award recognises organisations that have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5. Bon Voyage enjoyed many years as a Gold award winner and we're now pleased to be Platinum. Feefo only grants Platinum Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have achieved the Feefo Gold standard for three consecutive years or more. And now in 2023, Bon Voyage is excited to be the recipient of the Platinum Award for the FOURTH consecutive year!
