This short e-mail cannot begin to thank you enough for the way you arranged our trip to Churchill. The Tauck Tour part of the trip was just amazing, Dale Spurrell was our Tour Director and she did an amazing job filling every moment with fabulous memories and unexpected add-on's. You simply chose the best for us. We are back at home now albeit suffering with a bit of jet-lag but the whole trip ran like clockwork.

Ive always been slightly dubious about booking things over the phone but Kim Sandy made the experience a pleasure. She was so helpful and couldn't do anymore for me. Just to let you know we were enthralled with both aspects of our holiday( Vegas Maui) hard to choose which was better, both fantastic in their own ways. Might choose a faster way to get there next time though....lol. We actually won both in poker and machines and came away with more than I left with.
Maui was truly beautiful and more than I hoped for. (would go in January next time to catch the Humpback whales passing through) The cottages are a little tatty, but very clean well serviced and views to die for........the beach a breath away!!!!!.....would not upgrade!!!!!!
Already thinking of going again and will bear you in mind for next year. Not only that but one of my friends is 60 in 2 years time andwants to go to Vegas in a group so will deffo recommend you to her. Mahalo ! From Vanessa and Nigel
We have just got back from a wonderful US holiday & owe you many thanks. Having told you of our interest in jazz & blues, you booked us into three superb hotels, within short walks of the venues we wanted to visit. The train journeys were very well arranged & the various plane/train transfers went very smoothly. We had the most amazing time and everything went without a hitch, and the team from Crownline were fantastic. Your recommendation of the Hilton Bonnet Creek was spot on, the hotel was beautiful. We loved our hotel in Duck Key, I can certainly recommend it, it was stunning, with plenty of activities in the resort. I can't believe we did so much in 2 weeks. Everyone in Florida is incredibly friendly, it is a lovely place, and I can't wait to go back.

"We would avoid Vegas like the plague next time, but it is a handy location and
well served by airlines. Overall, we had an excellent time and a very memorable
holiday. The country was beautiful, the natives are very polite and friendly,
they speak surprisingly good english and brew some very good beer. The locations
of El Tovar, The View and Red Cliffs were all incredibly beautiful and far
exceeded our expectations. Oh yes, the hire car experience - soft-topped Mustang
on Route 66 with The Eagles on the stereo - was priceless! I have already
