In the highly unlikely event of our failure, our bonds with the various national Travel Industry regulating authorities will ensure you enjoy the holiday you booked or receive a full and timely refund. We also include 'Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance' in the cost of every holiday.
None of us knows what is waiting around the corner, but it seems such a shame not to be able to plan your well-earned break due to uncertainty. With Bon Voyage you can relax in the knowledge that we will do our very best to be as flexible as possible. Should your personal circumstances change (for example, due to redundancy) we will gladly defer your travel arrangements for up to a year where possible so that you don't have to simply cancel and lose your deposit. Of course we are forced to pass on any amendment or cancellation charges from our suppliers, but will use our very best efforts to keep these to an absolute minimum. Our aim is to help you avoid simply cancelling your booking, rather we will do everything we can to help you enjoy your planned holiday at a later date. Nobody can guarantee that prices will not change in the meantime, but our excellent supplier relationships will ensure we are well placed to negotiate strongly on your behalf.
From the moment we receive your deposit payment the price of your holiday is fixed. We will guarantee not to apply any surcharges to the price quoted due to things like currency fluctuation etc (though of course government action resulting in increases of taxes etc must still be passed on). This allows you to plan your holiday well in advance with the certainty that the price agreed will be the price you pay.

We are bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority under the Air Tour Organisers Licence scheme - (our ATOL number is 2913) and are a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA V6171), so all payments to the company are 100% protected.

As the face of the travel industry has changed you could be forgiven for believing that booking your holiday direct with a leading operator has to involve an impersonal internet or call-centre experience.
