Named one of "50 Places of a Lifetime" by National Geographic Traveller, this 3.5-mile picturesque walk wraps itself along Newport's spectacular Atlantic coastline with the crashing surf on one side of the trail and the magnificent Gilded Age mansions on the other.

In 1975, the Cliff Walk was designated a National Recreation Trail. Parking is available along Narragansett Avenue.
