A short drive or bus ride east of Waikiki lies Hanauma Bay Nature Reserve, this special place is only one of three underwater National Parks in the USA.  Set within a volcanic crater, here you can snorkel and come up close and personal with many tropical fish and green sea turtles.

Be warned the park only allows a certain number of visitors in per day (arrive early!) and normally closes on a Tuesday.
