Day 1 : Arrive Toronto (2 nights)

Welcome to Toronto!  Spend some time at leisure then meet your fellow travellers and Travel Director at a Welcome Reception this evening.  

Day 2 : Niagara Falls Sightseeing

On the way to Niagara Falls you'll have the chance to learn the art of playing the puck like a pro!  Embrace Canada's national sport and learn the secrets and superstitions of hockey players as a team member walks you through a day in the life of a player. Go inside the players' dressing room and put on the full hockey gear. 

Then it's on to witness Mother Nature's power first-hand when you journey to Niagara Falls and embark on an exhilarating boat ride to the base of Horseshoe Falls. 

Day 3 : Toronto to Kingston

Our day begins with an orientation tour past Toronto's sprawling Queens Park, stately University Avenue and the Provincial Parliament Buildings. We ascend Toronto's iconic CN Tower before continuing to Kingston, a 17th-century former French trading post and gateway to a Thousand Islands. This evening, we set sail on our dinner cruise against the backdrop of pretty riverside cottages and uninhabited islands.

Day 4 : Kingston – Ottawa

Arriving in Ottawa, we embark on an introductory tour of Canada's capital. You'll have a full afternoon to explore the city at your leisure. Consider a visit to one of the city's museums or join an Optional Excursion cruise on the Rideau Canal.

Day 5 : Ottawa - Quebec City (2 nights)

A quick hop over the Ottawa River brings us to the French-speaking Province of Québec. Enjoy a private, exclusive tour of the grounds at the Canadian Museum of History and watch a lively and colourful interactive performance of traditional Pow Wow dancing. Lunch will be taken at a typical cabane a sucre (sugar shack) before arriving at your hotel in Quebec City. 

Day 6 : Quebec City Sightseeing

Join your local specialist on an exploration of Old Quebec City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Walk the narrow streets of the atmospheric Old Town and the Plains of Abraham, the site of a major colonial battle between the British and the French.  Enjoy the afternoon on your own.

Day 7 : Quebec City - Montreal (2 nights)

Leaving the city behind, we head for Québec's picturesque Eastern Townships. Journey through pretty villages and rolling farmlands before arriving Domaine Ives Hill for lunch. Connect With Locals and learn how blackcurrants are farmed, picked and processed into a variety of beverages. After lunch enter Montreal, the largest French-speaking city outside of France, and stop at Mount Royal (the hill that gave its name to the city) for panoramic views over one of the loveliest cities in North America.   

Day 8 : Montreal Sightseeing

Today, your Local Specialist introduces you to the historic sites of the city, including spectacular Notre-Dame Basilica, the colourful Old Port area and the modern, bustling downtown. Tonight, toast to your Eastern Canada adventure at a Farewell Dinner to celebrate the end of your holiday.

Day 9 : Depart Montreal or Toronto

Enjoy a final breakfast and chance to bid au revoir to your newfound friends before heading to the airport and your return to the UK.
