Wharton Esherick Studio
Nestled in the woods near Valley Forge, the Wharton Esherick Museum is truly
a hidden treasure. Esherick, called “the Dean of American Craftsmen,” built his
studio/home himself in an organic, flowing style–even the roofline is
curved–over a span of forty years.
His home and collection of woodwork and sculptures reflect a career dating back to 1930.
As I have not been on holiday yet the following comments relate only to setting up the holiday. Monica my Bon Voyage contact could not be more helpful, she has sorted out any queries I have had and is very friendly and efficient.
