Built in 2008 and set in one of the premiere Great Smoky Mountain communities, this impressive home is perched on a peninsula that juts into Fontana Lake. Offering mountain elegance with over 7,5000 square feet of space this sought-after home is adorned with the finest finishes and décor.
The vast great room on the main floor has towering stone fireplaces both indoor and on the veranda. The adjoining chef’s kitchen is outfitted to the highest standard and includes a Thermador range and a Miele espresso machine. On this floor you’ll also find a wine room and the stylish king bedroom suite. In total, this impressive home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12.
Head down the hand-carved stairway and you’ll encounter a room the whole family will love to hang out in with its slate billiard table and home theatre. On the patio enjoy a soak in the hot tub which looks out over the lake. Take the elevator to the top floor to view the master suite, second king master bedroom, sitting room and complete gym. This home includes the boat house at the lake and the 2-slip dock. The concierge services can arrange boat or Jet-ski rentals at your convenience. With little to no cell service and no landline, this is a true get-away-from-it-all mountain stay! This cosy log cabin sleeps up to ten and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of space for everybody to spread out. We love a wrap around porch and you will too, especially with this Smoky Mountains vantage point.
The heart of the cabin is the great room with huge stone fireplace, large windows and cathedral ceilings. On the main floor the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV and en suite. The second bath is on the main floor with third & fourth bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed and doubles as a game room with a pool table. The other has two twin beds and is perfect for children or teens. Each upstairs bedroom has a balcony overlooking the Smoky Mountains. Also upstairs is a loft overlooking the great room. The loft has a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa.

Reminiscent of an abode in the Southwestern region of the USA, this eco-friendly home, which sleeps 11, reflects the life experiences and travels of the property’s owners. Throughout the home you’ll come across pieces of art and quirky objects from across the globe.
The living room benefits from a dramatic wood burning fireplace and 2 built-in sofas that function as 2 twin sleeping spots. This room has a pull-down screen and projection TV with DVD. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet gas range, stainless vent hood, dishwasher, and fridge, all formed by an interesting concrete countertop with bar seating. The circular dining table is adjacent for family style meals, and there is ample outdoor deck space, both covered and open.
The upstairs master bedroom features a king size bed and leads on to a private outdoor deck and en suite with rain shower and large tub. The interesting Tower Room is accessed via a ladder style staircase, and the bed is surrounded by windows on all sides. The next bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed - this is almost like a second master in that there is an attached bathroom and a private exit to the hot tub deck. A queen bedroom is located on the main level with twin daybed. This room has a TV and access directly out to the hot tub deck. The hall bathroom is just outside of this room, where you will also find the full laundry area.
Outside you’ll find a private trail through the forest to the banks of the Little Tennessee River. In a season when there are fewer leaves on the trees you’ll be able to view the river whilst you’re relaxing on the deck, or soaking in the hot tub.
