Whether you’re looking for recipes or hands-on training,
Chez Alaska Cooking School can provide you the opportunity to learn it the
Alaskan way.
Classes run around 3 hours long and may cover salmon,
halibut, crab, scallops, oysters, shrimp and occasionally other delicacies
such as sea cucumber, octopus, squid or abalone. Men’s specialties such as canning, smoking,
and grilling may also be featured.
Each cooking instructor will teach their own unique dish, so
the courses cover a wide variety of different foods from all over the
state.
