How to Book

To book and reserve your travel arrangements please contact us as indicated in the panel to the left or click here.

We can often reserve airline seats for you on a 48-hour option while you make your final decisions, or if any part of your  holiday has to be requested.

When a booking is confirmed we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £350 per person, or for the full balance if your holiday booking is within 12 weeks of travel. At the same time we strongly recommend you to take out comprehensive travel insurance in case of a subsequent need to cancel.

A confirmation will be forwarded to you upon payment of the deposit and this will consist of the full booking arrangements together with the price quoted. We ask you to look over the holiday confirmation document carefully and to ensure that all arrangements shown are correct. Please pay particular attention to the spelling of the names, which must be exactly as in your passport for the surname and FIRST given name only.

The holiday confirmation becomes a binding agreement, governed by our Booking Conditions, seven days from the date of issue. If only a deposit was paid at the time of booking, your final balance will be three months prior to departure (unless we notify you otherwise at the time of booking).
