It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is a National Historic Landmark.
The property has eleven bed and breakfast rooms in the courtyard wing, and eight rooms in the main house. Each room is decorated in period antiques and reproductions. All rooms have a private bath, colour TV, fireplace, and telephone.
Dunleith has gone through an intensive restoration process to bring the property back to it's original grandeur. Pre Civil War Mallard beds and fourteen foot ceilings grace the 8 restored main house rooms.
