The Grotto Bay resort features eleven brightly coloured lodges with 200 guest rooms overlooking the bright turquoise waters dotted with small islands. The Great House, with great views of the grounds and ocean, will make you feel relaxed in a luxurious environment. With wood floors, fire places, antiques, tropical colours and spectacular views from every room, the Great House is a wonderful place to relax. Try a ‘Dark ‘n Stormy’ in the Rum House Bar or enjoy an exquisite meal in either the Hibiscus Dining Room or the Palm Court Dining Room.
The guest rooms are all recently renovated with traditional island furnishings and bright tropical prints. But don’t get too relaxed, there is plenty to do at Grotto Bay. The Dive Shop runs daily trips to some of the world’s best shipwreck sites, there are four tennis courts and at the Watersports Shop you can rent Boston Whalers to go fishing or just exploring. For the golfer, Grotto Bay is very close to both the famous Mid Ocean Club and Tucker’s Point, two of the very best courses on the island.
The resort has two theme nights per week, one BBQ and one Seafood Buffet both with live entertainment and these are not to be missed. Also the All Inclusive Package offers outstanding value and is highly recommended. The package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, unlimited bar brand drinks, afternoon tea, weekly Manager’s Rum Swizzle party and non-motorised watersports.
