The islands each have their own unique characteristics and we highlight three contrasting sides to Hawaii here. One point to emphasise before we begin - Hawaii is no weekend break destination. It is a full five and a half hour flight from either Los Angeles or San Francisco and minimum flying time from London to the islands is over 17 hours.
Many of our clients choose to break their journey and have a few days in California at the beginning or end of their holidays to Hawaii. Air services between the islands are frequent and reasonably priced at between £40 and £50 per flight.
