Day 1 -2 Las Vegas
You have a full day to enjoy this vibrant city. Try your luck in the casinos, take in one of Las Vegas amazing shows, and experience fine dining or world class shopping. The choice is endless. You don't have to gamble to be overawed by this spectacle.
Day 3 - 4 Las Vegas - Zion national Park
Distance: 165 miles
In Zion National Park you will find a stunning mix of soaring mountains, riverine forests and cascading waterfalls. There are plenty of hiking trails on offer to suit every ability. Or just sit back and take in your tranquil surroundings. Zion Canyon is the centrepiece, a lush oasis that feels a world away from the madness of Las Vegas.
Day 5 Zion National Park - Bryce Canyon
Distance: 145 miles
8000ft above sea level and lined with rock formations, which are best described as pillars of rock (called 'Hoodoo's), caused by thousands of years of erosion, Bryce National Park is a unique sight. The visitor centre offers plenty of information for visitors keen to learn more. One road hugs the canyon edge allowing plenty of viewing opportunities along the way.
Day 6 Bryce Canyon - Lake Powell
Distance: 175 miles
250 square miles of cool water, Lake Powell is in stark contrast to the dry desert surroundings with over 2000 miles of shoreline and "finger" canyons, perfect for secluded swimming or fishing. While here take a boat trip on the lake to Rainbow Bridge, the world’s largest natural bridge.
Day 7 Lake Powell - Monument Valley
Distance: 100 miles
Part of the Navajo region, Monument Valley is a land of spectacular freestanding red rock buttes, towering pillars and spires rising out of the red sands. A good way of seeing more is to take a jeep safari with your very own Navajo guide.
Day 8 - 9 Monument Valley - Grand Canyon
Distance: 155 miles
The one and only Grand Canyon is so vast it is hard to comprehend what you are seeing. 277 miles wide and 1 mile deep, this natural wonder must be seen to be believed. A flight over the canyon is highly recommended, as is a visit to the IMAX Cinema for an interesting history of the Grand Canyo.
Day 10 Grand Canyon - Sedona
Distance: 117 miles
Leave the Canyon early and take a detour to Meteor Crater (35 miles east of Flagstaff) for a view of the 550ft deep crater. At over 4000ft across and 2.4 miles in circumference, this is a sight to behold. Daily guided rim tours allow those with proper hiking shoes to venture about 1/3 mile around the crater rim. Sedona is a small town with a dramatic backdrop of stunning red rock. Choose just to relax in your surroundings or take a fabled pink jeep tour into the mountains.
Day 11 - 12 Sedona - Scottsdale
Distance: 125 miles
A suburb of Phoenix, and just 30 minutes from the airport, Scottsdale is a haven for people looking for some relaxation and self indulgence. Here you will find top resort hotels, world championship golf courses, excellent shopping, spas, and fine dining.
Day 13 Scottsdale - Phoenix
Distance: 12 miles
Today some time for some last minute relaxing by the pool before your afternoon return flight.
