Non gimmicky hotel in the charming town of Celebration. You truly won't feel you're on the doorstep of Disney and the theme parks when you stay at this little hidden gem.
The charming town of Celebration was developed by the Walt Disney Company and comprises of areas called villages. It's a quiet, laid back part of Orlando and a far cry from all the hustle and bustle of I-Drive. It's a place you go to escape, to relax and unwind. You'll find it hard to believe that when you stay here you are only minutes away from all the attractions.
A road called World Drive connects Celebration directly to the Walt Disney World parks and resorts; the north end of World Drive begins near the Magic Kingdom and its south end connects to Celebration Boulevard, allowing Celebration residents and hotel guests to drive to Disney property without having to use any busy thoroughfares.

Hotel Celebration, in our opinion is a true hidden gem....nestled on the lakeside in Celebration this boutique, intimate hotel has "Old Florida" feel to it. Dark mahogany hard wood floors, ceiling fans, elegant surroundings, plush soft furnishings, walls and corridors adorned with sepia photo's and images of yesteryear....Mickey doesn't get a look in here.
The decor in each of the 115 guest rooms, is of warm golden, green and ruby hues with divine four-poster beds with triple-sheets, the ceiling fans instantly emphasis the "Old Florida" feel of the hotel.
Celebration has a nostalgic hometown flavour about it, in the evening you can wander from this hotel to one of the many restaurants, cafes and small boutiques that line the colourful, pristine streets.
We loved the fact that the hotels shuttle to Disney was a stylish town car and not a big bus with the Disney characters waving wildly to you along the side!
This hotel isn't for everyone, if you're travelling with children, we wouldn't be tripping over ourselves to suggest you stay here. The pool is small, albeit it with gorgeous views over the lake, but overall we feel it's more suited to couples wanting to escape the hub bub of Orlando and retreat to somewhere serene and quiet....

Perfect for couples who want to experience Disney but want to retreat in the evening to a intimate hotel in a quieter part of Orlando.
