America has brought so much to the world - man's first powered flight, the electric lightbulb, the Skyscraper, the 72oz steak to name but a few. America has so many attractions to lure the traveller from the wonders of the natural world such as Monument Valley, to the incredible theme parks of Florida.
But at the same time, any trip to America brings with it opportunities to see the weird, wacky and wonderfully fun things that don't often make the headlines, and most certainly don't feature in holiday brochures. Often our suggested itineraries will pass near these places, and we urge you to take the detour and stop for a visit - you will meet some unique people, and have lots of tales to tell when you return home.
