New England Bed and Breakfast Cycling Tour

Enjoy the charm of this region while cycling approximately 25 miles per day between the delightful Inns. Stop for lunch along the shore of a lake or in one of the pretty New England hamlets. You won't have to worry about your luggage during your cycling tour as this will be transported to your next accommodation, ready for your arrival.

Day 1 Arrive Boston
On you arrival at Boston Airport make your way to the Park Plaza Hotel in the centre of Boston.
Enjoy a leisurely evening in historic Boston before collecting your car the following day.
Day 2 - 6 Four Day Cycle tour
Distance: 81 miles
This morning either choose to do some extra sightseeing in Boston before departing in the afternoon to Henniker, New Hampshire, or get an early start and drive the 90 minutes from downtown Boston straight to Henniker.
Arrive at Henniker House, park the car and pick up your bicycle!
The Innkeeper will review your biking itinerary for the next 4 days, and provide you with bicycle, helmet and gear, and if you are not scheduled to stay at Henniker House, transfers will be arranged to take you to your first night's B&B.
Each of the four B&B's has it own flavour, but the common theme throughout will be the hospitality, helpfulness and great food! You will have breakfast at each B&B, with boxed lunches for your meal en route, and dinners will either be at your B&B or you will be given a voucher to choose from one of the neighbouring restaurants.
Your cycle tour will allow you to enjoy the charm of the Lake Sunapee region in the shadow of Mount Kearsarge. Stop for lunch along the way at a lake or in one of the delightful hamlets. You won't need to worry about your luggage as this will be transferred ahead to your next nights accommodation.
On your final day of cycling you will be transported back to Henniker House to collect your vehicle.
Days 6 - 9 Relax in Vergennes, Vermont or Sebasco Estates, Maine.
Choose which way your tour takes you:
Either
Drive through winding mountain roads to Lake Champlain in the northwest corner of Vermont. The next three nights will be at the Basin Harbor Club. This charming resort offers all sorts of recreational activities including kayaking, tennis, swimming or more biking!
Or
Head east to the rocky Maine Atlantic coast and relax for the next three nights at the Sebasco Harbour Resort located just an hour north of Portland. This resort features all of the recreation activities one can think of as well as a nine-hole golf course and a spa offering a full realm of treatments to relax the body and mind.
Day 9 Boston and depart
Take a slow leisurely drive along picturesque roads back to Boston for your return flight. You may want to stop and do a bit of tax-free clothes shopping in Boston before you board your flight.....
