The Town of Digby has been an active fishing and lumber producing community throughout the years. Famous for delicious scallops harvested from local waters, spectacular vistas of The Annapolis Basin from the waterfront, clear-crisp air and of course the incredible tides of 28 to 35 feet in the harbour.

Digby is central to many activities, including historic sites, some of the best whale watching in North America, lovely parks, hiking trails, and their own local championship golf course. There is also a variety of accommodation, cafes, restaurants, shops, and a full service marina for any yachting visitors.
