In a unique partnership with the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, the Argonaut Hotel makes its home in the historic Haslett Warehouse at The Cannery. This magnificent location overlooks San Francisco Bay and the national park, including its fleet of historic ships. Many of the spacious guestrooms feature unobstructed breath-taking views of Fisherman's Wharf, the Bay and the city skyline.
While the Argonaut Hotel's original 1907 style architecture still embodies elements of the nautical history of San Francisco in its heyday while the stylish décor today is both modern and comforting.
As you'd expect from a hotel housed in an historic warehouse, some of the guest rooms include original exposed brick walls, large timbers or warehouse steel doors - all original to this historic 1907 San Francisco building. Be sure you opt for a room with a view - the stunning San Francisco landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco Bay await.
Located adjacent to the Argonaut Hotel on Fisherman's Wharf, the Blue Mermaid Chowder House & Bar is a classic San Francisco seafood restaurant serving casual fare and a large helping of Gold Rush Era ambiance. This restaurant offers a menu priced for the whole family, featuring classic preparation of fresh seafood and homemade chowders in a casual ambiance, it's loved by tourists and locals alike.
After a day sightseeing pop into the bustling Blue Mermaid Bar for
a delicious glass of Californian wine, a warming Irish Coffee or an
ocean-themed cocktail or two. The Argonaut Hotel also offers in-room
full spa treatments and an on-site complimentary fitness centre.
Although we can't think why you'd need this, San Francisco is perched
on 43 hills, you're going to get a good work out just walking around
the city!
